1-BOOKING

All appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance by online or calling (647)978-9266. Please leave your name /phone number/service by voicemail if no answer by dialing. We will confirm with you asap.

2- FIRST TIME CLIENT

There’s 30% of service amounts non-refundable deposit for all new clients, this will be applied to your first appointment with me. Please EMT to :karenalee626@gmail.com by confirming your appointment , or your appointment will be cancelled automatically if you don’t pay the deposit within 8 hours.

3-AFTER HOURS CHARGE

Nails In Club Studio regular hours are from 10:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. We are happy to make accommodations for early or late evening appointments.  Please note, for this service accommodation, an 30% additional fee will be charged. The client is responsible to confirm those charges before booking your appointment. If you have any questions, please call  at: (647)978-9266 or email to:nailsinclub@gmail.com.

4-LATE SHOWS

We utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!! If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. If you anticipate that you will be later , please call (647)968-9266(no texting)ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. ️

  • 5-15min late,your service time will be reduced the correlative minutes,also there’s no guarantee for service quality;

  • more than 15 minutes late will be charged $15 service fee,also contact with Nailsinclub for RESCHEDULE;

  • Or first visit client will lose the deposit .

5-CANCELLATIONS
/RESCHEDULE

Appointments can be cancelled/reschedule 24 hours in advance by

  • calling to (647)978-9266/

  • texting (647)978-9266/

so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on the waiting list.

  • If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours that will result in the charge of $15 service fee.

  • If cancellation/reschedule within 8 hours that will be charged full amounts service fee.

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE(Exclusion of force majeure include natural disasters, such as storm, frozen rain, heavy foggy weather ; Government act, Abnormal social events and etc).

6-NO CALL/NO SHOWING

Any no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.

7-Kids Welcome

In order to provide a convenient and comfortable family atmosphere children are welcomed in the studio with their family/guardian.There’s a mini leisure area in the studio but I do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot take these risk in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
